All in all, I think the hotel staff is exceptionally brilliant and their location works for them but I have stayed in be

Their staff is exceptional! Housekeeping and restaurant staff are attentive, quick, kind and patient. Also beach and the property itself is quite beautiful.

Food was a hit and miss..and I feel could be much better. Rooms are quite old and I was surprised to know that my room was in the new wing when it felt ancient. Also corridors aren’t carpeted and it was quite noisy at all times during the day so you can say your afternoon naps goodbye. Finally, the flies and mosquitoes were the worst part for me albeit it cant be entirely blamed on the hotel but I do feel that it can be better managed by placing coils in the breakfast areas etc. proactively instead of waiting for guests to ask for them. Finally, looks like this venue is very popular for weddings, there was one unfolding during our stay and it was honestly quite inconvenient because weddings guests were loud well into the night and hotel felt understaffed to cater to both the wedding and regular house guests. I think hotel should at-least inform hotel guests in advance if there is a wedding scheduled during their stay so provisions can be made accordingly.

Overall good, they need to improve the service, may be limited staff as property is too big to handl

Private Beach is too good, Breakfast is amazing, all kind of foods we will get it at breakfast, and Locality has amazing peace in it, eventually it took my breath away.

Service, they need to improve the Service facilities. which is a bit poor, services request having lot delays Food services is also delay usually they say it will take up to 45mins, unfortunately it took 2hours some times for me which i felt that need to be improved.

Great for a wedding venue!

Breakfast was incredible and included with the stay. Food was expensive for lunch and dinner. The staff was great! Raghuvir did a great job with the room and Masira was good.

The property is old and needs renovation. Taxis are expensive. You are stuck at the property. Really not good if you want to visit Goa. North Goa is far. This is where you need to stay to see the history and general action.

Excellent, had a great time

Spread over about 24 acres, big lawns, mini golf grounds, very well maintained gardens. Best is private beach, and V nice swimming pool, 3 different areas depth wise with an island bar. Welcoming staff, Sanya, housekeeping supervisor of New wing made sure that we were comfortable and rectified small problems immediately. Breakfast buffet was also quite elaborate

The Indoor activity area could be bigger with more facilities. The table tennis table is kept in a corridor , not very becoming of a 5star facility

It was full of fun, food, family time and relaxation to rejuvenate.

Whether its Beach, Breakfast or Dinner, its really great, nice time to spend with relax and rejuvenate.

Some of the guests are misbehaving with staff, their should a manager all around specifically in pool area to control such guests. also there should be more options for guests who are following Jain diet. Although the dining staff is very supportive to help and offer the best possible service.

Good

Facilities all in one place, private beach, pools, restaurant food was good but expensive.

We booked 3 rooms for 6 people. We were only given 1 key per room. As a standard 2 keys should be offered per room. We requested an additional key per room and they did not work. Too much hassle. I did not find the rooms and restrooms were a 5* hotel standard. I would rather say 4*. Staff was freindly but some struggled to understand english. The beach was nice for safe night walks. As a couple celebrating our wedding anniversary, we ended up opening the Champagne in our room due to heavy rain. Hotel was charging for champagne flutes we borrowed. This is not something we experienced in our travels for the past 22 years and found it shocking. The location is quite remote and a lot of travel to go sightseeing. Taxis are very expensive, I suggest you rent a 2 wheeler and commute. I would recommend this resort if you want to spend leisure time in a retreat. Due to weather we could not enjoy the tennis court, the beach, the pool. July is definitively nit a month to go to Goa.

This resort is an excellent example of proactive engagement with customers to provide excellent service. The facilities and the location was just outstanding.

The rooms were clean and quiet, the location very isolated and well maintained. The staff very friendly and polite. The food was excellent but the drinks were expensive. A perfect place to rest up and unwind

I did not see much of Goa and could have been anywhere I should have taken the tours but it rained all day everyday. I booked Ocean View but the golf course was between the room and the beach meaning the ocean was a long walk away. The hotel provide buggies to help you get around The friendliness of the staff was a little intrusive. It is clear that tipping was expected

Wonderful surroundings but food is disappointing.

Beautifully designed building with such a lovely entrance. Good security with bag checking and guards at the main and beach entrance. Rooms were luxurious and clean. Pool was a joy with swim up bar, clean towels and with loungers always available.

Food was disappointing for a five star hotel. I decent milk or cream for coffee. We told the hotel about their Butter Chicken, it was terrible both the quality of chicken and the curry sauce. They did make lovely omelettes for breakfast but stay away from the porridge as it was also not good.

Good stay overall except for an avoidable glitch if everyone is treated fairly

Location, access to beach, food and amenities. Special thanks to bar & restaurants staff going beyond in accommodating our request for pool side service.

Pool staff biased towards foreigners. Unfair treatment towards people of colour.

Loved the resort and everything it has to offer.

A resort that has just about everything; tranquil surroundings, polite and helpful staff, not overcrowded, easy access to the beach, a superb spa with gym facilities, activities and a spacious, well-appointed room.

One thing stopped me from giving this destination a 10 overall - the hotel taxi service, located outside the main gate. We discovered that the local taxi union had secured an agreement to be the sole supplier of outbound taxis for hotel guests, effectively meaning they had a monopoly. This resulted in charges that were 3-4 times that of Goa Miles or any other 'third-party' taxi service, including those booked through Booking.com! If you attempted to use a 'third-party' taxi service, they would not be allowed to pick you up at the gates and drivers attempting to do so would be harassed. We booked a 'third party' taxi, offered through Booking.com, for our return trip to the airport and they were not allowed to attend the hotel to collect us and our bags. It was only after complaining to the hotel management that they were eventually 'allowed' through to collect us. All very stressful when you have a flight to catch.

Lovely stay - great staff and staff - rooms a little dated.

The staff. Everyone went out of their way to be cheerful and friendly.

The hotel was lovely but our room smelt a little musky and we were slightly disappointed with the position of our room. I realise I should have asked to move but this was not offered as an option.
